You will fill a new role to join the Technology Team in the Workforce Benefits Division.How you'll help move us forward:Lead medium to large-scale initiatives across business and technology teams using a combination of Agile, and hybrid delivery methodsEstablish and maintain pragmatic delivery plans, adjusting based on team feedback, stakeholder input, and shifting prioritiesFacilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely decision-making and progress transparencyIdentify risks early, manage trade-offs, and escalate when appropriate to maintain delivery momentumPartner with product managers, business owners, and delivery leads to ensure scope, timing, and outcomes are alignedMonitor work in progress and ensure dependencies, impediments, and delivery constraints are actively managedProvide delivery leadership that keeps teams focused, stakeholders engaged, and objectives on trackThe experience you bring:5+ years of project delivery experience in hybrid Agile
