## About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and Agile methodologies is required. Experience supporting cybersecurity projects is a plus., * Minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably within an IT environment.

 * Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and competing priorities.
 * Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
 * Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.

 * CA Clarity Portfolio Management
 * Microsoft Project
 * Azure DevOps
 * Microsoft Visio
 * Microsoft 365 Services

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate IT projects in a hybrid work environment based in Pontiac, Michigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, developing and maintaining schedules and budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established objectives, timelines, and requirements., * Lead and oversee one or more projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

 * Establish project teams, assign responsibilities, and coordinate team activities to support successful project execution.
 * Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
 * Identify project resource requirements and collaborate with management to secure the resources necessary to achieve project goals.
 * Monitor project progress, team workloads, and performance, proactively addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.
 * Serve as a liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and the business or functional areas requesting project services.
 * Facilitate communication, collaboration, and status reporting to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Apply Agile methodologies and established project management practices to support effective planning, execution, and delivery.
 * Utilize project management and collaboration tools to track milestones, manage documentation, and communicate project updates.
 * Identify opportunities to improve project processes, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to organizational standards and requirements.
