* B.S. degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent experience

 * Proven expertise in developing analytics products as a Senior Software Engineer
 * Proficiency in relational databases, particularly MySQL
 * Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
 * Ability to work collaboratively in team environments with a positive attitude
 * Self-starter with the capability to work autonomously

The position will focus on building and improving data pipelines, ETL processes, dashboards, and advanced analytical capabilities that support measurable business and patient outcomes.
