## Description

Purpose: Lead & design integrated sales & customer processes (functional SME support).

 * Serve as the business process expert for Order-to-Cash functions (customer management, order processing, fulfillment, billing, returns, credit management, customer service).
 * Provide detailed knowledge of current sales, distribution, and customer service processes.
 * Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and evaluate SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
 * Review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
 * Support testing (SIT/UAT), data migration validation, and cutover preparation.
 * Support change management, user training, and adoption activities.
