## About the Role

* Experience in IT help desk or desktop support.
 * Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and the tools listed above.
 * Strong communication, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
 * Must work onsite five days a week in St. Louis, MO, with reliable transportation.

## Description

* Provide Level 1 support and occasional Level 2 troubleshooting for employees.
 * Troubleshoot Windows and macOS laptops and related technical issues.
 * Support Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Jira, and Confluence.
 * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding as per documented procedures.
 * Provide onsite technical support to the CEO and other employees as needed.
 * Maintain support documentation and escalate complex issues when required.
