ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. + Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of translating technical details for diverse audiences. + Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex technical issues. + Experience in creating clear documentation, SOPs, deployment guides, and reports. **Desired Skills** + **Engineering tool administration and management** of platforms such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Fortify, SonarQube, Collaborator, etc. + **Automation expertise:** Experience using configuration management or automation frameworks to deploy, configure, and maintain engineering applications in air-gapped or otherwise isolated networks. + **Containerization & orchestration:** Hands-on experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms to deploy, and manage engineering tools and services in a containerized environment. + **Digital Transformation (1LMX) knowledge:** Experience
