## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, including building and operating production web applications, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development practices, with solid computer science fundamentals and experience building clean, modular, maintainable applications.
 * Strong understanding of frontend architecture and web performance, including component design, state management, API integration, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
 * Proven ability to independently design and deliver complex frontend solutions, making sound technical tradeoffs and owning features from implementation through production.
 * Strong ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal oversight., * Experience building growth platforms, campaign management systems, content management systems, experimentation frameworks, or customer-facing conversion funnels.
 * Experience developing AI-powered applications or agentic user experiences, including interactive AI workflows, streaming responses, and human-in-the-loop interfaces.
 * Experience with web performance optimization, A/B testing, feature flagging, analytics instrumentation, and conversion optimization.
 * Experience with modern frontend ecosystems, including Next.js, server-side rendering, static generation, design systems, and frontend build tooling.
 * Experience with rapid prototyping and using data to validate product hypotheses and guide iteration.
 * Experience in high-growth technology companies, fintech, payments, or regulated environments.
 * Experience mentoring engineers and improving frontend engineering practices.
