## About the Role

* Bring 2 to 4 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role, ideally working with SaaS or developer tools
 * Work AI-first and use AI tools throughout the design process
 * Enjoy shipping a small first version, learning from real-world usage, and improving it step by step
 * Know how to use design experiments, UX metrics, and data to make decisions
 * Are skilled in Figma and Claude, and can build prototypes in close collaboration with Engineering
 * Communicate clearly, are fluent in English, and are comfortable working in a fully distributed team
 * Have a strong understanding of business outcomes and how design can contribute to achieving them
 * Ideally have designed AI features or AI-powered products, which is a big plus

## Description

* Work closely with users, Engineering, and stakeholders to build the best experience for development teams.
 * Understand customers' needs, workflows, and pain points so Unleash solves real problems.
 * Turn insights and data into prototypes and finished designs, including clear, trustworthy AI-powered features.
 * Validate ideas with users through conversations, A/B tests, and gradual rollouts, and build on what works.
 * Measure the experience of what we ship and use the results to prioritize improvements.
