The Opportunity As a Firmware Engineer_Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing their needs and developing strategic solutions. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on optimizing product development and manufacturing processes, working closely with clients to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies that improve speed to market, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Your role will involve providing guidance on lean manufacturing principles and leveraging digital technologies to streamline operations. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will use a broad
range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.
