## About the Role

Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows (administrator level), and Linux (experienced user level). Proficiency with virtualization, primarily Microsoft Hyper-V. Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Enterprise Application Deployment. Solid networking experience (firewalls, routing, VLANs, ACLs, VPN, Wireless APs, etc.). Familiarity with Atlassian Stack (Jira Cloud / Confluence Cloud). Experience with backup/recovery software tools or services. Basic RDBMS administration and SQL skills. Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for task automation. Experience using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Codex, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to improve productivity, automate routine administrative tasks, assist with scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and system administration where appropriate. Strong English language skills (company's official language). Understanding of SSL/TLS certificates. BSc/Ba
in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, or networking certifications) is a plus.

Install and configure software, hardware, and services. Manage cloud solutions, servers, and networks. Implement and maintain security measures, including access control lists and firewalls.
