Mandatory Banking / BFSI domain experience.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

## Description

Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML initiatives.
Gather business requirements, prepare BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
Coordinate with AI engineers, data scientists, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure successful project delivery.
Support AI-driven banking solutions such as fraud detection, risk analytics, and process automation.
