## Description

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Analyst to join the Digital Growth (DG) Program in an onsite client-facing role. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, supporting, and enhancing critical Mainframe applications while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and production support teams., * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Mainframe application issues.

 * Support production operations and ensure system stability and performance.
 * Perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and change requests.
 * Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements.
 * Conduct root cause analysis and drive permanent resolutions to recurring issues.
 * Participate in release planning, testing support, and implementation activities.
 * Monitor batch processing activities and resolve job failures as needed.
 * Maintain project and operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
 * Provide regular status updates to client and leadership teams.
