## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
 * 6 -10 years of Oracle SCM cloud implementation experience in a consulting role, or production/operational support for a Healthcare provider.
 * Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub.
 * The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management, relationship management and technical dimensions.
 * Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

## Description

While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks., * Lead Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub transformation programs for Healthcare Provider organizations.

 * Lead solution design and implementation across full Procurement suite (Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal / Management), and Product Hub, with a focus on item & supplier master governance.
 * Oversee consulting teams, mentor managers and consultants, and ensure successful project execution.
 * Maintain awareness of emerging healthcare supply chain, procurement, AI, analytics, and Oracle Cloud innovations, bringing leading practices and market insights to clients and internal teams.
 * Partner with healthcare clients to optimize master data management, procurement, inventory management, sourcing, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, Oracle leadership, and key healthcare stakeholders.
 * Drive financial performance of engagements, including resource planning, budget management, and delivery excellence.
