## Description

As a MarTech Salesforce Cloud Consultant on the MarTech Technology team, you will be responsible for:

 * Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
 * Map current- and future-state processes, customer journeys, business rules, and operational procedures.
 * Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, configuration specifications, process flows, and test cases.
 * Configure or develop scoped platform functionality under Technical Lead guidance.
 * Support solution demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, training, and user enablement.
 * Prepare technical documentation, configuration records, deployment materials, and operational runbooks.
 * Support release activities, production issue triage, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
 * Collaborate with Technical Leads, Developers, Architects, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
