Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 4+ years of experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL and DB2. Prior experience supporting Payroll applications is a plus. Experience utilizing Agile methodology. Excellent communication skills. Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship). Able to obtain DoD Public Trust clearance. Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years. Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last 5 years. Military Service excluded.
