Job Description: We are seeking an experienced PDM Administrator / Support Specialist with hands-on knowledge of SolidWorks PDM, Autodesk Vault, or similar Product Data Management systems, along with experience supporting CAD software tools. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support for PDM systems and CAD applications, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting engineering teams with system usage, and helping maintain an efficient engineering design environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and experienced in supporting engineering software platforms., Provide day-to-day support for PDM systems and CAD software tools Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to PDM and CAD applications Assist engineering teams with system usage and technical support needs Monitor system performance and help identify opportunities for improvement Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve software-related issues Support system updates, testing, and maintenance activities Help ensure reliable operation of engineering software environments Required Qualifications
