## About the Role

* Minimum Associate's degree
 * Aseptic technique
 * Technical and mechanical aptitude; manufacturing data and automation skills
 * Teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

 * Associate's degree in Science or Engineering; 30+ college credits including two chemistry courses with lab
 * 2+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (water systems, sanitization, sterilizer, technician)
 * Chemical compounding experience

## Description

* Prepare and mix saline solutions and compound ingredients.
 * Operate and clean equipment such as 350-650 kg reactor vessels, filters, parts and compounding kits.
 * Support production through Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) processes.
 * Monitor and execute fill line operations using SCADA systems (pressure, temperature, recipe steps).
 * Follow SOPs, cGMP and GxP with accurate documentation.
 * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team projects.
