## About the Role

* Strong telecom OSS/BSS domain knowledge and familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
 * Proven experience delivering complex telecom projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
 * Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery, project governance, and RAID management.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
 * Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Excel, and project reporting tools.
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is highly preffered.

## Description

* Plan, execute, and deliver OSS/BSS projects, including billing, CRM, order management, provisioning, service assurance, network inventory, and integrations.
 * Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and delivery milestones.
 * Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, business analysts, developers, and testing teams.
 * Track project progress, RAID items, dependencies, changes, and risks; drive timely corrective actions.
 * Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, development, SIT/UAT, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
 * Communicate project status, escalations, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
 * Ensure delivery meets quality, contractual, and client expectations while managing scope creep.
