## About the Role

The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, experience with modern backend frameworks, database design, and API development, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.Full-timeDesign, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.Build scalable and reliable microservices and distributed systems.Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA, and product teams.Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#.Experience with backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, FastAPI,
