## Description

This role will focus on shaping intuitive, accessible digital experiences that support users across the financial services journey. You will partner closely with product, engineering, research, and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve design quality, accelerate delivery, and bring user-centered thinking into a highly regulated environment.
