## About the Role

* A degree or relevant qualification in electrical Engineering or a related discipline
 * Hands-on experience designing electrical and control systems for industrial machinery, packaged equipment or process applications
 * Experience personally producing electrical schematics, control panel layouts, wiring diagrams and associated manufacturing documentation
 * Knowledge of LV electrical distribution, protection, cable sizing and component selection
 * Working knowledge of BS7671 and EN 60204
 * Experience using electrical CAD software such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical
 * Experience selecting and configuring PLC hardware, ideally Siemens
 * Practical involvement in equipment builds, testing, commissioning or troubleshooting

## Description

As the Senior Electrical & Controls Design Engineer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of electrical design activities across new and existing products, including developing electrical architectures, single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and detailed control-panel designs.
