## About the Role

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone curious, reliable and great with people.

You'll bring

 - A strong understanding of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and basic networking

 - Experience supporting end-user devices and classroom technology

 - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude

 - The ability to work independently and as part of a team

 - A genuine appetite to learn new technologies

It would be great if you also have

 - Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking technologies

 - Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and cloud identity

 - Experience of AV installations or classroom modernisation projects

 - An understanding of safeguarding filtering and monitoring

 - Experience in a school or multi academy trust
