## Description

The Graduate Design Engineer programme is designed as a launchpad for graduates and early-career candidates. Over the course of 12 months, successful candidates will rotate through the entire design lifecycle under close mentorship, gradually building towards independent competence as a Designer. This structured programme aligns with university leaving dates and concludes with a qualifying exam-satisfactory completion and a pass are essential to progress to a Designer role., * Interpret fire strategies and customer specifications into working system designs, with support from senior team members.

 * Write comprehensive technical design documentation.
 * Produce and edit CAD drawings using AutoCAD.
 * Conduct design calculations under supervision to validate designs.
 * Collaborate effectively with senior designers, engineers, and clients.
 * Attend design and project handover meetings to ensure seamless transitions.
 * Support the preparation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and project closeout documentation.
