Citrix VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide onsite technical support within a Radiation Oncology department. This individual will serve as the primary desktop support resource for end users across multiple clinical locations, ensuring technology issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to support critical patient care operations., Provide desktop support for Windows PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and application issues

Support users experiencing Citrix and remote access issues

Install, configure, and maintain applications used by Radiation Oncology staff

Respond to and resolve service tickets while maintaining accurate documentation

Perform workstation deployments, replacements, and equipment setup

Provide hands-on support to physicians, clinicians, administrators, and other healthcare staff

Work with infrastructure and application teams to resolve escalated technical issues

Support system upgrades, software rollouts, and technology initiatives

Maintain compliance with organizational security policies and procedures

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence with end users
