## About the Role

* 6+ years of experience in software development
 * 6+ months of direct experience with our internal Fiserv systems.
 * 3+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
 * 3+ years of experience in SQL databases
 * 3+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services
 * 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
 * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

 * Experience in the financial services industry
 * Experience with monitoring and observability tools., * Must possess U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card) status.

## Description

Lead the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, improve existing codebases, lead peer reviews, and mentor junior developers. The role requires experience with programming languages, SQL databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies, along with familiarity with Fiserv systems., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
 * Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
 * Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities
