## About the Role

At least 15 years' experience and managing large report migrations.
Should have Capital Markets experience and understanding of trading, risk data.
Must have : Cognos, * Power BI: Semantic models, DAX, Paginated Reports, Q&A visual.

 * Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
 * Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica) and data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery).
 * Bonus: Python or R for data manipulation and AI/ML integration.
 * Soft Skills
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
 * Leadership and mentoring capabilities (for senior roles).
 * Preferred Experience
 * 10+ years in BI, data analytics, or data architecture roles.
 * Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade BI solutions.
 * Experience with DevOps for BI (e.g., Git, ALM Toolkit, Tabular Editor).
 * Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Fabric are a plus 1 2 3.

 * Create and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses.

 * Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
