* 8-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in data development, SQL development, or data analytics.
 * Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development and database programming.

 * Experience with stored procedures, functions, triggers, and database performance optimization.

 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
 * Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams in a cross-functional environment.
 * Experience mentoring junior developers or analysts and providing technical guidance.
 * Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

 * Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, triggers, and other database objects.
 * Perform in-depth data analysis and profiling to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and data quality issues.
 * Analyze complex financial data to support business functions such as finance, risk, and operations.
 * Develop and maintain data reports and analytical solutions based on business requirements.
 * Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve operational efficiency.
 * Collaborate closely with business users, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions.
 * Communicate technical findings and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
