## About the Role

* Technical Design Experience
 * 6+ years of experience building large consumer-facing products using Ruby or Java/Kotlin.
 * Experience working in a distributed, cloud-based environment either in Azure/AWS using Docker/Kubernetes.
 * Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to enhance productivity and code quality.
 * Experience with unit & integration testing.
 * Experience in building cloud native scalable Microservices
 * Experience working with MongoDb or PostgreSQL
 * Experience working in an Agile/Devops environment
 * US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

 * Familiarity with our tech stack: Ruby, GraphQL, AWS DevOps, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
 * Experience with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and full-stack development patterns.
 * Strong understanding of observability and using telemetry to inform decision making
 * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change requirements., Bachelor degree in CS or relevant degree / work experience
