## About the Role

* Bachelor?s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
 * Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries, perform joins, aggregations, and data validation.
 * 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related analytics work.
 * Proven experience developing reports, dashboards, and extracting data-driven insights.
 * Experience with Tableau or a comparable business intelligence/reporting platform.
 * Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
 * Experience gathering business requirements and collaborating directly with stakeholders.
 * Experience validating, reconciling, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

 * Experience with Alteryx.

What You?ll Do:

 * Provide essential operational support for reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
 * Maintain and enhance Tableau and Power BI dashboards, reporting assets, data pipelines, and automated workflows.
 * Perform routine data validation, quality checks, and production support activities to uphold high standards of accuracy.
 * Support database administration tasks, including permissions management, service account integrations, and user access requests.
 * Troubleshoot reporting issues efficiently and respond to stakeholder inquiries with clear, concise solutions.
