* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
 * Experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, investments, or project management.
 * Strong financial modelling and underwriting capabilities.

 * Understanding of development processes including entitlement, design, budgeting, and construction.
 * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

## Description

The Development Manager / Senior Development Associate will report to senior development leadership and play a key role in sourcing, underwriting, planning, and executing complex real estate projects from concept through delivery.

 * Lead development projects through all phases, from feasibility and entitlement to construction and delivery.
 * Perform financial modelling, underwriting, market analysis, and investment evaluations.
 * Manage due diligence processes, consultant teams, and project budgets.
 * Coordinate entitlement, zoning, design, permitting, and approval activities.
 * Partner with construction, leasing, capital markets, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
 * Prepare investment committee materials and development business plans.
 * Support strategic growth initiatives across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio.
