## About the Role

* 6+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Data Engineering, davon mehrere mit echter Verantwortung in einer modernen Cloud-Datenarchitektur.
 * Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Statistik o. ä.) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung.
 * Tech-Stack - Must-have:
 + SQL & Python - Entwicklung und Betrieb produktiver Datenpipelines
 + Snowflake (oder vergleichbares Cloud DWH) - Architektur, Performance-Optimierung und Cost Management
 + ELT-Stack - Fivetran, Coalesce, dbt oder vergleichbare Technologien
 + Datenmodellierung - Data Vault 2.0, Star-/Snowflake-Schema oder ähnliche Methoden
 * Predictive Modelling: Erfahrung im Bau und Produktivieren von ML-Modellen (Klassifikation, Forecasting) inkl. Feature Engineering - du musst kein Research-DS sein, solltest dich aber im gesamten Modell-Lifecycle wohlfühlen.
 * Governance & DataOps: Solides Verständnis von DSGVO, Lineage, Cataloging sowie CI/CD, Testing und Git im Datenkontext.
 * MarTech (Grundverständnis): Grundkenntnisse von Customer Data Platforms und Data-Activation-Stacks (z. B. Segment, Braze, Talon.One) sowie von RESTful APIs und Webhooks.
 * Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Eigenverantwortlich, agil (2-Wochen-Sprints), pragmatisch.
 * Kommunikation: Du kannst mit Fachbereich und Controlling auf Augenhöhe sprechen und technische Themen adressatengerecht erklären.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mind. B2-Niveau) und kannst technische Themen sowie Dokumentationen problemlos auf Englisch verstehen, erstellen und diskutieren.
