## Description

We are looking for an experienced Fircosoft Developer to design, configure, develop, and maintain sanctions-screening and compliance applications for financial institutions, supporting AML and regulatory compliance requirements., * Configure and maintain Fircosoft applications, including Firco Continuity and Firco Trust, for real-time and batch transaction screening (SWIFT, Wire, ACH).

 * Tune screening rules, analyze alerts, reduce false positives, and optimize matching accuracy.
 * Integrate Fircosoft with Oracle/MS SQL databases and messaging platforms such as Kafka and IBM MQ.
 * Develop and optimize Core Java/J2EE applications, PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and backend services.
 * Work with SOAP web services, REST APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
 * Develop Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational support.
 * Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance, and ensure system stability and compliance.
