## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integrations.
 * Experience leading data migration and integration activities for recent SuccessFactors implementations.
 * Participation in at least 2 recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and production support.
 * Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
 * Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center.
 * Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
 * Expertise in preparing design documents, data mappings, and technical specifications.

Preferred Skills:

 * Public sector experience.
 * ABAP programming knowledge.
 * Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and mentoring skills.
