## About the Role

* IT experience in Business Systems Engineering, Business Analysis, Payment Systems, API Gateway Management, and Production Support across banking, healthcare, and financial services.
 * Strong expertise in end-to-end payment processing, including ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, card payments, and digital wallets.
 * Experience gathering business and functional requirements, conducting gap analysis, creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
 * Hands-on experience with CA Layer7 API Gateway, API integrations, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, JWT, API policies, routing, throttling, and security.
 * Experience providing L2/L3 production support, incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, application monitoring, and performance tuning.
 * Proficient in SQL and Oracle databases for transaction validation, data analysis, payment reconciliation, and financial data verification.
 * Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, Postman, SoapUI, Swagger/OpenAPI, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
 * Strong experience in SIT, UAT, functional testing, defect management, release validation, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
 * Knowledge of payment settlement, reconciliation, exception handling, payment routing, financial postings, and regulatory compliance, including PCI-DSS.
 * Experience supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, resiliency planning, and change management using IBM RO tools.
 * Skilled in Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, operations, compliance, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise solutions.
