## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related discipline.
 * 3+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models.
 * 1+ year of experience developing products or functional prototypes using LLMs and RAG technologies.
 * Expertise in generative AI frameworks such as GAN, GPT, and LangChain.
 * Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for generative models.
 * Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent.
 * Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create design documents, technical reports, and presentations for varied audiences.

Preferred Experience:

 * MS or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related discipline.
 * Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML workloads.
 * Familiarity with tools and practices for data engineering and data management.
 * Experience in short-release cycles and the full software lifecycle.
 * Experience with Agile development methodology (Scrum).

## Description

* Design, build, and deploy generative AI systems tailored to meet customer missions.
 * Develop end-to-end AI solutions, including problem definition, data preparations, model development, performance evaluation, and deployment.
 * Continuously optimize the performance of models and systems through iterative improvements.
 * Collaborate with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Architects, Product Designers, and Data Scientists to translate customer needs into scalable, mission-ready AI solutions.

 * Conduct research and create prototypes to explore emerging AI technologies and innovative applications.
 * Demonstrate excellence in Data Science and AI engineering, mentor juniors, and foster innovation.
