## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
 * Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.
 * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
 * Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE.
 * Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.
 * Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
 * Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
 * Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.

Preferred/Not Required:

 * Experience working within state government or public sector environments.
 * Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
 * Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.
 * Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards.
 * Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure or Endpoint Management.
 * Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems.
 * Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
