## About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Computer Operator / IT Operations Associate to join a team responsible for monitoring and supporting critical business systems in a 24/7 enterprise environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates, technical school graduates, or candidates with customer service, help desk, desktop support, or technology experience looking to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations., * High school diploma required

 * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
 * 0-2 years of IT experience
 * Recent graduates encouraged to apply
 * Strong interest in technology and IT operations
 * Customer service or technical support experience is a plus
 * Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills

## Description

* Monitor systems, applications, and technology platforms for issues and alerts
 * Perform basic troubleshooting and support for desktops, applications, and operational systems
 * Escalate technical issues to appropriate support teams
 * Complete scheduled operational tasks and system checks
 * Monitor automated jobs and file transfers
 * Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
 * Support service requests and user issues
 * Follow established procedures, checklists, and IT best practices
 * Assist with maintaining operational documentation
 * Help ensure technology services remain available and functioning properly
