## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
 * Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
 * Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
 * Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.
 * Experience configuring Conditional Access, device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security policies.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
 * Experience managing device enrollment, application deployment, policy configuration, and device lifecycle management.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills for enrollment, synchronization, policy deployment, and device compliance issues.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Experience preparing technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer to IT teams.
