## About the Role

You possess manufacturing knowledge, critical thinking skills, and demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement., * Minimum 4years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

 * Proficient with VBA, Python, SQL, and Power Query (M Code)
 * Proven adapability - Comfortable working in ambiguous "gray-area" situations and bridging functional gaps.
 * No formal degree required; equivalent experience and demonstrable expertise will be considered.

Desired Skills

 * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained/certified
 * Ability to leverage LM approved AI tools to enhance code and create quick turn-around on manufacturing requests (Cognition Devin, LM Navigator, AI Assist, etc.)
 * Experience with SAP BusinessObjects
 * InfoPath / PowerApp experience

## Description

* We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst with strong expertise in VBA, Python, SQL, PowerQuery (M Code), and PowerApps/PowerFX, and SAP HANA.
 * This role serves as a data liaison across cross-functional groups, employing scripting, coding, and AI-enabled inspection tools to automate data extraction, trend analysis, and reporting, thereby reducing manual effort and accelerating decision-making.
 * The candiate with be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to develop immersive solutions that answer manufacturing related questions/needs.
 * One major responsibility will be to keep existing production and quality reports up-to-date in PowerBI, Excel, PowerApps, etc.
 * Candidate will perform data validation, reconcile source systems, and ensure data integrity.
 * As manufacturing needs change, this individual will write VBA macros, Python scripts, Power Query (M Code) to pull data from SAP HANA, MES, and legacy databases.
