 * Server- und Client-Management
 * Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
 * Firewall- und Security-Konzepte
 * VoIP- und Telekommunikationssysteme
 * Netzwerkadministration und Netzwerksegmentierung
 * Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
