 * 5+ years of experience in logistics network planning, transportation planning, or supply chain optimization
 * Strong understanding of route planning, warehouse operations, and logistics network structures

* Lead warehouse network layout planning and continuous optimization initiatives

 * Design and optimize routing waves and operational flow strategies
 * Develop and improve zone optimization strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs
 * Build and maintain network cost models to support operational and strategic decision-making
 * Collaborate with algorithm, operations, and technology teams to improve routing and planning systems
 * Coordinate cross-functional network operations during peak seasons and high-volume periods
 * Drive transit time and service level optimization across the logistics network
 * Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction
 * Support expansion planning, capacity planning, and network scalability initiatives
 * Monitor network performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
