## About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with strong Salesforce expertise to drive functional, automated, and integration testing for enterprise-scale platforms., * Salesforce Testing (Required/Desired): 5+ years of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across standard/custom Salesforce functionality, objects, flows, permissions, and releases.

 * Test Design & Execution (Required): 5+ years creating and executing detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
 * Agile & Defect Tracking (Required): 5+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira for bug tracking and test management.
 * Automation Tools (Required): 2+ years of experience with automated testing tools such as Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), Tricentis Tosca, or qTest.
 * API & Database Validation (Desired): 3+ years testing REST/SOAP APIs and utilizing SOQL / SQL for data migration and integrity verification.
 * Domain Knowledge (Bonus): 2+ years of Child Welfare or Human Services domain experience.

## Description

* Translate complex business requirements into comprehensive test plans, scripts, and data sets.
 * Execute manual and automated functional, regression, API, and system integration tests on Salesforce applications.
 * Validate Salesforce data migration, database relationships, and third-party API integrations.
 * Partner with developers, system administrators, BAs, and Scrum Masters during sprint planning, releases, and defect resolution.
 * Maintain complete requirements traceability and document clear defect reports with reproduction steps.
