 * Implement, configure, and troubleshoot software.
 * Administer Active Directory management, DNS, DHCP, firewall configurations and VPNs.
 * Support system backup and recovery processes ensuring data integrity and disaster preparedness.
 * Helpdesk & User Support
 * Provide Tier 1-3 support for hardware, software, and network issues with strong follow-through.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
 * Maintain helpdesk ticketing workflows, documentation, and ticket resolution standards.
 * Assist with IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and new system implementations.
 * Assist with installation and troubleshooting VOIP systems.
