* Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise mobile applications.
 * Provide technical leadership and day-to-day direction to a team of Mobile Engineers.
 * Drive architecture and design decisions while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
 * Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
 * Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, Security, and QA teams to deliver innovative digital experiences.
 * Mentor engineers and support their technical growth and development.
 * Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance on complex implementation challenges.
 * Ensure applications meet standards for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
 * Champion automation, process improvements, and engineering excellence across the team.
