## Description

* Troubleshoot and diagnose server hardware issues in a data center environment
 * Perform hardware replacements including hard drives, memory (DIMMs), CPUs, and other server components
 * Execute repairs and maintenance activities according to established processes
 * Utilize enterprise ticketing systems to document and track work performed
 * Support system diagnostics and basic Linux-based troubleshooting activities
 * Follow operational, safety, and security procedures within the data center
 * Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and hardware changes
