## About the Role

A strong Product Owner/Product Manager first and foremost. While GenAI/AI experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. Candidates with exceptional PO/PM backgrounds who can quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

 * 5-10+ years of Product Owner and/or Project Manager experience
 * Strong experience in:
 + Product ownership
 + Stakeholder management
 + Agile delivery
 + Executive communication
 + Requirements gathering and prioritization
 * Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, including:
 + Major system implementations
 + Technology modernization programs
 + Enterprise-wide process changes
 + Cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments
 * Proven ability to work across business and technical teams
 * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
 * Experience managing competing priorities and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
 * Data-driven project or product experience is highly desirable

Certifications

Preferred certifications include:

 * SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
 * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, etc.)
 * Product Owner certifications
 * PMP certifications (where applicable)

Stakeholder Management Focus

Candidates should have experience working with:

 * Business teams
 * IT and technical teams
 * Legal and compliance partners
 * Executive leadership

There may also be future opportunities to engage with external stakeholders such as customers, vendors, partners, and unions.

Strong candidates should be able to provide specific examples of:

 * Influencing stakeholders without direct authority
 * Managing competing priorities
 * Driving alignment across multiple departments
 * Preparing and presenting updates to executive leadership
 * Communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences

GenAI / AI Experience

AI or GenAI experience remains a plus but is not required.

Candidates without AI experience can still be strong fits if they have:

 * Exceptional PO/PM fundamentals
 * Enterprise transformation experience
 * A track record of leading technology initiatives
 * Strong business and stakeholder management skills
 * Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging AI technologies
