## About the Role

* A minimum of 7 years of experience in QA and test automation engineering
 * Associates Degree or greater

Preferred Qualifications

 * Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver for automation
 * Proficiency in Java and/or Python programming
 * Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation
 * Experience with test management tools (Octane, JIRA)
 * Expertise in automation framework development (POM, BDD, Data Driven, Hybrid)
 * Experience in script development and execution across test cycles
 * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
 * Experience with Playwright automation framework
 * Exposure to Gen AI adoption/use cases in testing (test generation, self-healing scripts, etc.)
 * Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)

## Description

* Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java/Python
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and derive test scenarios
 * Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation tools.
 * Manage test cases, defects, and execution tracking in JIRA and Octane.
 * Design and optimize SQL queries for backend/data validation
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
 * Ensure quality standards, reporting, and continuous improvement of automation processes.
