 * Strong hands-on Java development and software engineering experience.
 * Extensive banking / financial services domain experience.
 * Proven client-facing experience in FDE, Solution Architecture, Field Engineering, or similar roles.
 * Strong architecture, coding, system integration, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform/OpenShift).
 * Hands-on Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration experience.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, MLOps, AI governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
 * Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and delivery ownership.

## Description

Role :- Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - Agentic AI & Enterprise Solutions, * Engage directly with business stakeholders and clients to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.

 * Design, architect, code, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade applications and Agentic AI solutions.
 * Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or n8n.
 * Implement LLM-based solutions using prompt/context engineering, RAG, tool integration, and memory systems.
 * Integrate complex enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud-native platforms while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
 * Drive AI-assisted engineering using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, automated testing, and code review tools.
 * Implement CI/CD, DevSecOps, MLOps, monitoring, and governance controls.
 * Present architectures and demos, advise clients, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and enterprise AI governance standards.
