* A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
 * At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
 * Strong Java expertise and experience building robust backend services.
 * Experience with TypeScript and React, or a willingness to learn on the job.
 * A solid understanding of software design, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and reliable service operation.
 * An empathetic, collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
 * Experience using AI development tooling responsibly for code exploration, implementation, test design, troubleshooting, and documentation.
 * The ability to combine AI-assisted workflows with rigorous engineering practices, including validation, secure coding, review, and accountability for production outcomes.
