 * Analytisches Denkvermögen und selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
 * Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
 * Hands-on-Mentalität, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* IT-Support (1st, 2nd, 3rd Level) inkl. technischer Dokumentationen im Ticketsystem OTRS
 * Analyse, Priorisierung sowie Behebung von Service-Requests und Incidents sowie Troubleshooting
 * On- / Offboarding und Einweisung von Usern sowie Bereitstellung von Arbeitsmitteln (Lenovo)
 * Aufbau und Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen, Konfiguration / Installation von Hardware, Druckern und Software
 * Administration und Support in Bezug auf Active Directory (Anlage von Usern, PW, GPO uvm.) und der hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (MS O365, Azure)
 * MDM via baramundi (intune, apple / Android) und Softwareverteilung (baramundi)
 * Wartung und Pflege der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (z. B. Netzwerkperipherie, Switche, Router, WLAN) und von VoIP
 * Unterstützung in der Administration der virtualisierten (VMWare) Server- und Netzwerkumgebung (vorrangig Windows, Exchange) sowie VoIP
 * Durchführung innovativer Projekte und Kollaboration mit externen Dienstleistern
